The Story Behind SoCuterie Bites

SoCuterie Bites is more than a play on the word charcuterie it’s a tribute, a legacy, and a love letter to where my passion for food began. The “SO” stands for Special Occasions, honoring the carryout my grandmother owned when I was a child. That little shop is where I first discovered the joy food can bring to a community and the magic of serving others.

It was also where I learned what it truly means to be a business owner challenging, yes, but deeply rewarding. I grew up absorbing those skills, and combined with my natural gift for hosting (something I get from my mother), SoCuterie Bites was born.

Every board, table, and bite I create carries a piece of that history, family, hospitality, and the belief that food brings people together in the most unforgettable ways
